| Martina McBride was born on Jul 29, 1966 in Sharon, KS. Martina McBride toured Kansas with a variety of country bands after graduating from high school. Martina McBride married John McBride and moved with him in 1990 to Nashville where he was the soundman for Charlie Daniels. Martina McBride got a contract with RCA in 1991. Garth Brook made Martina McBride his opening act. In 1992 Martina McBride released her debut CD The Time Has Come. Martina McBride made it to Billboard's Top 20 Internet CD Sales in 1999 with Emotion. |
