WorldLink TV will be operated by Link Media, a San Francisco-based non-profit organization formed through a partnership of Internews, a leading non-profit supporter of independent television around the world, the Independent Television Service (ITVS), a distributor of independently produced public TV programming funded by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and Internews Interactive a pioneer in the production of participatory television.
